Why not treat yourself to a mini-retreat on Memorial Day Monday? Start with a silent yet friendly yoga circle on the lawn beneath tall trees, followed by short introductions to walking and sitting meditation.
Then feel free to meditate wherever you like or sunbathe on a floatie in the pool, relax on the grass, stretch out on the trampoline, journal beneath a tree, sunbathe on a lawn chair, hike along the private canyon trails, discover the many meditation nooks or silently wander the premises amidst fragrant flowers, birds and fruiting trees.
We are celebrating silence gently until noon. Laughter and sharing thereafter. Feel free to bring a pillow, pillows, towel and yoga mat. Scrumptious bicycle-blended raw vegan smoothies extra. $10.

Cool off at this Organic Raw Vegan Potluck in the Pool at 6 pm. Feel free to bring your suit and towel, also a vibrant vegan organic dish in a large floating bowl with high walls for zipping your dish across the pool.
