Spring Tidings and Merry May!

Welcome to our 20th annual May foray of foraging and feasting amidst the floribundance.

We certainly hope so. What’s happening beside the usual snips and digs? Feral gourmet blender juice, cat tails (swamp cucumbers), scrumptious salad dressings and wildly-foraged treats will also be served as accompaniments to your salad that you freshly-forage from the wilderness (with our three guides).

At least 20 different species will be gleaned in just over an hour.

Bonus: Happy will share her 9 Steps on how to intuitively and safely harvest from the wilderness in almost any ecosystem in almost any country at almost any time of year.
